Homemade Banana FlapJack

Recipe:
3 well ripened Bananas
2 Cups of gluten free Oats
3 heaps teaspoons of Coconut oil
2 Tablespoons of Peanut butter
Half a cup of nuts and seeds of your choice
3 tablespoons of good quality maple syrup
Mix altogether and spread out on a baking tray. Put in preheated oven (180 degrees) bake for 30-40 mins.. Allow to cool and good to eat!
